  • Fairy Tales and Myths 2026 - online group course

The world's myths, legends, fairy tales and folk tales are deeply entwined with nature. This unique 14-week eco-therapy programme combines nature therapy with storytelling, mythology, tarot and meditation. If you are drawn to traditional stories and you want to connect deeply with nature, then this might be for you.

The group runs from 12th October 2026 to 14th January 2027 and it is delivered mostly by forum and video; it is accessible no matter what timezone you live in. It includes two (optional) online video meetings on 26th November 2026 and also on 14th January 2027 (the latter session to close the journey).

  • Zen Tarot Sangha - a monthly online group

Zen Tarot is a monthly online get-together where two streams of spiritual wisdom come together as one: Zen Buddhism and the Tarot.

During these one-hour sessions, we will pull one card from a Zen/Buddhist-themed Tarot deck such as the Sacred She or the Dharma Tarot. We will discuss how this card’s teaching plays out in our lives, accepting the synchronicity of its appearance. We will then sit together in several ‘Zazen’-inspired meditations, reflecting on the card’s theme as well as offering us space to simply be with the breath and the body without grasping at our thoughts. You can join this group anytime by emailing stephen@naturetherapyonline.net. Donations are welcome (suggested £10 per session), but please come for free if money is an issue.
