A Day Retreat in partnership with Gaia Sound Journeys. Sunday 5th July at Fern Bothy, Longniddry, East Lothian. A gentle, reflective day where therapeutic sound, tarot, and time in nature come together.

31st July - 3rd August 2026. Abbey Wood, Earlston, Scottish Borders. During this retreat, we will walk silently and mindfully in open green spaces. We will watch the river flow, contemplating our impermanence; we will meditate together, beneath the trees, just as the Buddha once did.

14th - 17th May 2027. Earlston, Scottish Borders. An enchanting weekend of fairy tales, myths, legends and nature-connection. Sitting around a camp fire, we will share stories of the forest and allow these tales to act as inspiration for our own deep connection with the woodlands where we will be camping.

23rd - 26th July 2027. Join Tariki Trust for three days of ecotherapy training in the woods.
