Sensory Grounding Meditation (Ecotherapy)

A short ecotherapy meditation to be listened to outdoors, or by an open window. A grounding exercise to help you clear your mind and tune into your surroundings. This meditation is best listened to either through external speakers or—if using headphones—with just one earpiece in, and with one ear free to hear your surroundings clearly.

The main meditation is above. That one is best for taking outdoors with you and listening. However, if you would like to hear how it sounds to do this sort of meditation with a live group, below you can listen to a guided grounding meditation that I did with Health All Round’s ecotherapy group. It appeared on the Keeping Edinburgh podcast.
